Hello,
I have a DSO-2810F device and I'm trying to record a waveform of ~8MHz frequency. I can't seem to figure out how to actually record/view something at 100Mhz sampling rate. The record button is greyed out and nothing is displayed on the screen. I'm pretty new so I'm not sure if I'm missing something. Can I record a high-frequency waveform somehow?

Unlike the second-generation VT DSO, VT DSO-2810F does not support streaming mode. For VT DSO-2810F, the RECORD button will be enabled if you go to [Setting]>[Display] and change the Record Frame Width to 500. Then, if you click the RECORD button, it will start to record. However, the recorded data may not be continuous. In other words, there may be a gap/discontinuity between adjacent frames. If you need continuous recording, choose a second-generation VT DSOs. All second-generation VT DSO support streaming mode.
