1. We offer FREE express shipping worldwide. It will be shipped within 24
hours after payment is received. It will normally take about 6~8 days to
deliver (e.g. USA, UK, Australia, Canada, Hongkong, Taiwan, Japan,
Korea...). In some special cases or places, it may take a little longer
time. Tracking information online will be provided 2 days after shipping.
You MUST provide us your telephone number as required by the courier company
to facilitate the delivery!
The telephone number provided will be used solely
for this purpose. All personal information will be kept strictly
confidential. Customs duty and tax imposed by the buyer's country
shall be borne by the buyer. 2. One-year warranty for all hardware unless otherwise stated explicitly. Software license is permanent. Software upgrade for the same license level and bug fixing is FREE for life. 3. For hardware / hardkey activated Multi-Instrument licenses, the hardware / hardkey must be connected to the computer first before launching the software in order for it to run under the licensed mode. No softkey will be given to a hardware activated license. You may upgrade the license to a higher level. |
