DDP using DDC as source

DDP using DDC as source

Postby suktan » Mon Jan 11, 2021 2:53 pm

Is it possible to use DDC data input of DDP?

I have DDC showing energy time curve (envelop) of channel B. Can I define DDP to measure the time from a peak (first or second) to a specified energy level? This is similar to decay time measurement. A screen shot is attached.

Thank you for your question.

Unfortunately no. It can only be measured manually on DDC for the current version.

Looks like you are trying to measure the damping ratio, we might support this measurement in the future.

In case the purpose here is to measure the damping ratio, please refer to viewtopic.php?f=25&t=1257 . It can be measured together with Q factor in frequency response curve.
