The LCR meter configuration, by default, is for sound card based measurement. If you change [Setting]>[ADC Device] and [DAC Device] to sound card, it will work.

If you want to use DSO-2810E instead, you can download the configuration files and note from http://www.virtins.com/LCR_using_VT-DSO_2810E-2820E.zip.

By the way, MI3.4 has been upgraded to MI3.5. You can download it from www.virtins.com/MIsetup.exe. The downloaded version defaults to use sound card for ADC and DAC. You can change to use VT DSO-2810E via [Setting]>[ADC Device] and [DAC Device].
